Introducing our Core Values
Our customers trust us with systems that sit at the heart of their business, so integrity and transparency are non‑negotiable.
We’re honest about what you really need (and what you don’t), clear about risks and constraints, and open in our communication throughout every project. That’s how we build long‑term relationships where our customers feel informed, respected and genuinely supported.
We also believe the best results come from partnership, not just projects. Being conscientious means we take the time to understand your processes, your people and your pressures before we talk about technology. We think carefully about adoption, change management and ongoing support – not just getting a system live. Our mindset is one of ownership and reliability: if we’ve committed to an outcome, we’ll work with you until it’s achieved, and we’ll be there afterwards to help you adapt and improve as your business changes.
Our value of Positive Impact and Sustainability reflects our belief that good business should also be good for people and the planet.
We invest in apprenticeships to open up careers in technology, build skills and create opportunities in our local community. We are also proud members of the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce.
We support environmental initiatives through our work with organisations such as Ecologi and Planet Mark, helping us to understand and reduce our footprint while encouraging more sustainable ways of working.
By embedding ESG thinking into how we operate – from who we hire to the projects we deliver – we aim to be a partner our customers can trust to do the right thing, not just the easy thing.
Finally, thoughtful innovation and continuous learning sit at the core of how we work.
We’re constantly exploring better ways to connect systems, automate processes and surface the right information at the right time – but we never chase innovation for its own sake.
We invest in our team’s development, from apprentices through to senior leaders, so you benefit from a blend of fresh thinking and deep experience.
The result is solutions that feel modern, robust and intuitive, giving you confidence that Avrion will not only solve today’s challenges, but help you stay ahead of tomorrow’s.
The Leaders Behind Avrion
Jonathan Wilkins
Director
Jonathan leads Avrion with a clear focus on helping customers get real value from technology, not just more systems.
He’s a natural transformer — always looking for better ways to work and encouraging fresh thinking across the business. You’ll often find him talking directly with customers, listening to what’s really getting in the way. Jonathan believes the best ideas come from collaboration and curiosity, and that change works best when it’s practical, not rushed.
Harish Bhudia
Head of Development
Harish turns ideas into working solutions.
As our technical wizard, he leads the development team to keep pushing what’s possible — without losing sight of what customers actually need.
He’s passionate about building systems that work in the real world, not just on paper. If you’re on a digital journey with Avrion, Harish is the one helping make it real, reliable and ready for what’s next.
Caroline Robertson
Head of Marketing and Planning
Caroline leads Avrion’s marketing with a focus on clarity, honesty and real stories.
Her team creates content that answers the questions you’re actually asking, not the ones technology companies assume you have.
She loves capturing customer success stories and sharing what’s worked, and why. Caroline also cares deeply about Avrion’s people and culture, and is a passionate champion for EDI and ESG across the business.
Sam Walton
Head of Commercial
Sam’s strength is understanding your business before talking about solutions.
He’s great at spotting where things are getting stuck and helping shape the right approach to fix them. From first conversation to signed order, Sam makes sure nothing gets lost in translation as projects move into delivery. His calm, clear way of working helps set everyone up for success from day one.
David Asher
Head of Technical
David is our go‑to expert for making complex systems work smoothly behind the scenes.
Known as the king of configuration, he specialises in hosting, infrastructure and technical support — and explaining it all in plain English.
He’s also big on education, making sure customers and colleagues alike understand how things work and why. David’s focus is simple: stable, secure systems that people can trust and rely on every day.
Lucille Wilkins
Head of Finance
Lucille keeps the financial side of Avrion running smoothly, from credit control to making sure everyone is paid on time.
She brings structure and consistency to the business, making sure the details are right and nothing slips through the cracks.
Behind the scenes, she’s also the organiser of our legendary Centre Parcs retreats — planned with laser precision and just the right amount of fun. Around the office, she’s known for the thoughtful touches too, from Christmas goodie bags to making sure the biscuit tin is never empty. And if you visit, there’s a good chance you’ll meet Rupert, her four-legged sidekick who’s very much part of the team.
Apprenticeships
At Avrion, we see apprenticeships as far more than an entry point into the workplace — they are a powerful way to nurture talent, build capability, and strengthen our culture of continuous improvement.
Bringing apprentices into the business allows us to shape future specialists from day one, giving them hands‑on experience with real customer projects, business automation challenges, and digital transformation work. This blend of practical learning and structured development helps apprentices quickly become confident contributors who understand not just the “how,” but the “why” behind the solutions we deliver.
We also rely on apprenticeships to upskill existing team members, helping them grow into new responsibilities and technical areas as the business evolves.
Whether it’s deepening expertise in AI, improving project delivery skills, or developing leadership capability, apprenticeships give our people a clear pathway to progress while contributing fresh thinking and new approaches to every team.
This investment ensures Avrion maintains a skilled, motivated workforce with the right mix of experience and innovation — benefiting our customers, our culture, and the long‑term resilience of the business.
Women in Leadership
As part of Avrion’s commitment to supporting its people and encouraging them to give back to the communities and causes they care about, our Head of Marketing and Planning, Caroline Robertson, has become a driving voice for Women in Leadership and Women in Tech.
Caroline is deeply committed to championing Women in Leadership, believing that diverse leadership creates stronger, more resilient organisations. Throughout her career, she has worked to amplify female voices, open doors for emerging talent and challenge the structural barriers that still limit representation in senior roles.
For Caroline, this is a responsibility she embraces; she sees every leadership opportunity as a chance to show what is possible, to inspire confidence in other women and to help shape workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Her passion for supporting Women in Tech stems from the belief that innovation flourishes when perspectives are diverse and inclusive. Caroline actively mentors women entering the technology sector, advocates for access to skills development and drives conversations around the value of female leadership within digital transformation.
Through her advocacy for apprenticeships, learning pathways and supportive team cultures, she is helping to build a future where more women feel empowered to step into tech roles, lead high‑impact teams and influence the next generation of technological progress with confidence and authenticity.
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) should be at the core of all businesses as collectively we have a responsibility to protect our planet. We have made it part of our mission statement so it is at the heart of everything we do.
